Spencer was a key part of the team since our beginnings. His roles included job site investigation, client interaction and treat eating. His nicknames included: "Log Dog" and "Second Cutest Employee." He loved getting head scratches, treats, and riding in the truck with dad. Spencer's hear was so full of love from clients, friends and family, that he developed a valve disorder and went to Doggie Heaven naturally on February 13, 2026. We want to extend gratitude and thanks to the many clients who loved on him and shared treats.
Owner/Operator, Elliott Webb grew up in the small coastal town of Yachats. He loved climbing trees as child. The father of one of his childhood friends was an instructor of Urban Forestry at Angell Job Corps. The summer going into Elliott's senior year at Waldport High, this friend taught him how to properly climb trees with ropes and saddle (harness).
As a freshmen studying Civil Engineering at Oregon State University, Elliott was mesmerized by the many large trees all around campus. After watching the late Tim Brewer and crew pruning trees around a residence hall, he was inspired to get a formal start in Arboriculture. Beginning that summer, he worked for another tree service in Corvallis during the summers 2014-2016. He attended several workshops and seminars to learn as much as he could about the profession.
Surrounded by many entrepreneurial family members, Elliott decided to officially launch his business in December 2016. He had already changed his major to Forest Engineering and was in his third year of five at OSU. During 2016-2018, he mostly worked on weekends, and during breaks from school.
Elliott graduated with a Bachelors of Forest Engineering and also commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Oregon Army National Guard in June 2018. He attended Engineer Basic Officer Leader Course in Fort Leonard Wood , Missouri for nearly six months in 2019. Since then, the business has been in full swing (minus National Guard time) and growing. He continues to serve his hometown community roots in South Lincoln County, but mostly works in the Philomath, Corvallis and Albany areas.
As a military officer, CPT Webb has been a Platoon Leader and Executive Officer in a Combat Engineer Company. During that time he also served as the Search and Extraction Commander for the 102nd CERFP. This was followed by Battalion Operations Staff. In Spring 2026, he completed his assignment as the Commander of 224 Engineer Company, as Horizontal Engineer Company. He now serves in the Joint Domestic Operations Center, whose mission is to manage missions such as wildfires, floods, riots, COVID-19 and other emergency requests of the governor.
